Highball Hoax. Some people might call this beer a hoax. Especially the cocktail connoisseurs among us. We love to dabble in a bit of Gin here at Funk Estate and this tasty kettle sour is our tribute to the Tom Collins cocktail. We’ve got Juniper berries in there alongside some traditional gin botanicals, and a heap of Lemon to Funk up this sour.
