If I Only Had A Heart. This is one of three releases of barrel aged Imperial Russian Stout. One brew, split into three different whiskey casks and left to develop and absorb the character and flavour embedded in the wood. This one has been resting in a Caol lla 2012 hogshead courtesy of Chorlton Whiskey. This is our second Caol lla vintage, it retains that strong hit of peat, that’s balanced with sweet syrupy notes. A decadent, powerful beer that will develop over time but is excellent to drink right now.
