Stiggy Pop. Hot on the heels of the beer we made in Sweden comes our return collaboration with Hazy IPA masters Stigbergets Bryggeri of Gothenburg. Our friend, Stigbergets lead brewer (and Huddersfield ex-pat) Oli, joined us for another juicy and hazy brew with a slight Christmas twist. In addition to our house malt the beer uses lots of Oats for a soft mouthfeel and some Rye to add a little Christmas spice. The hopping features a combination of CTZ, Mosaic and Vic Secret for layers of fruit goodness, and lots of piney Simcoe to complete the Christmas message. We fermented with London Fog yeast to give a slightly sweet finish and ‘pop’ like drinkability.
