Gutmann
The Gutmann Hefeweizen (Wheat-Beer) is handmade and brewed according to Bavarian wheat-beer-tradition: After the first fermentation in open vessels, fresh yeast is added for a second fermentation exclusively in bottles. This guarantees a strong taste of the aroma and gives the Gutmann Hefeweizen its own taste. The beer is not pasteurized, so only the fine haze of living yeast shines through.
