Welcome to the Schnitzlbaumer private brewery! Our Schnitzlbaumer private brewery, which has existed for 440 years, is the oldest brewery in Traunstein and the youngest private brewery. It is therefore a great pleasure for us to be able to continue the traditional craftsmanship in this long-established brewery. As a family-run, medium-sized craft business in Chiemgau, we place a strong focus on quality and regionality. We are clearly committed to the craftsmanship of beer brewers and to the city of Traunstein.
