This beer is a 15% ABV thick, delicious, chocolatey, coconut delight! It was aged for 36 months in a maple rye barrel which resulted in the most tantalizing maple notes on the aroma and some vanilla, oak, and rich spice in the flavor. We conditioned the aged stout on Madagascar vanilla beans and LOADS of toasted coconut flakes.

This is the most coconut we’ve ever shoved into a beer. It’s intoxicatingly rich and smooth. The coconut shines in the aroma, flavor and finish. It tastes like dark chocolate mounds bars, Samoa Girl Scout cookies, and chocolate dipped coconut macaroons. The lingering notes on the tongue are sticky maple, dark chocolate fudge, and toffee.
