Habitual Offender. Our fourth collab with Northern Monk, hence the name, hence the quad-y type beer! This beer tastes of cherry drops & cake icing with a brandy nose & stone fruit richness. There’s marzipan packed with figgy and medjool dates. Flavours of all sweet and sticky things steeped in some delicious liqueur. It’s certainly one to savoir & will bear the test of time, just like our brewerhood with our Northern Monk friends.
