Hit The North V2 NE IPA. This is our Hit The North collaboration V2 with our Leeds Brethren North Brewing Co. We’ve brewed a big juicy NEIPA with Citra and Mosaic. In July brewers Seb and Brian did double the mashing-in to brew two IPAs in one day. Both beers were brewed with the same hop and malt bills, using different yeast strains to brew different styles of IPA. North Brewing Co went for a Brut IPA and Northern Monk created a juicy NEIPA.
