I Scream For Choco Azimut. A collab with Bordeaux based brewers, Brasserie Azimut, this beer epitomizes the memories of the warm days in Southern France when we met each other in March 2018 and decided to collab. A delicious Mint Choc Chip Pale Ale was our representation of us brewers pushing brewing conventions with the connections we had. Packed full of oats, wheat and lactose for body. Then more lactose, cocoa nibs and peppermint for even more flavour. The resulting treat is sweetly enjoyable and complexly flavourful as you get a playful mix of decadent chocolate with a hint of mint as the beer opens up.
