An addition of oats to the malt bill creates a softer body and little-to-no bittering hops in the kettle allows the malt bill to shine through. A massive addition of hops and fruit to the whirlpool and FV, manifests as a sticky-icky aroma with hints of citrus.
This combination results in a sessionable and refreshing summertime India pale ale with a lower ABV. Unfined and unfiltered, this fragrant citrus cloud will brighten even the dullest of days.
