Sawa Sawa. A true collaboration as well as another beer brewed in partnership with Has Bean, this is our showcase beer for Good Beer Hunting’s Uppers & Downers Festival. Made with exclusively roasted for this beer, Kenyan beans from the Kiriga Estate, it is something special. Soured using yoghurt cultures, this beer is a fruity number with sharp, preserved lemon aroma that has you wanting to pucker your lips. Undertones of green coffee beans add a good caffeinated buzz. Effervescent in the mouthfeel, you get sparks of tart, dark fruit flavours mingled with washed coffee acidity. Ribena is a descriptor of the coffee varietal; blackberry is a predominant flavour of this downright delicious beer.
