White Wine Pugin. Emerging after months in oak, this white wine barrel aged Belgian Pale was originally brewed in celebration of Gorton Trust’s 21st anniversary at the Monastery of St. Francis in Gorton, Manchester. Tart gooseberry and white grape acidity mingles with toasty oak and spicy yeast, finishing dry and elegantly tannic.
