Blackcurrant Kir Royale. We’re back on the cocktail-inspired train and the first of the year is based on an elegant classic, the Kir Royal. Stupendous amounts of locally sourced blackcurrants substitute the creme de cassis and the addition of (not so local) white grape lends a champagne like sweetness. Beautifully tart and typically full bodied Modern Sour Beer.
