RedWillow brewery in Macclesfield was started in 2010 by Toby & Caroline after Toby decided he wanted to leave his warm and comfortable desk in London to pursue his passion for brewing and all things beer related. By pure coincidence their two children’s middle names are Willow and Red which made for a very quick brainstorming session when coming up with the name of the brewery.
