Description

Brewed in collaboration with our friends from The Epicurean in West Didsbury to celebrate their 4th birthday, this IPA takes its inspiration from our v4 DIPA – we dry hopped with Amarillo and new season Citra at the start of fermentation, and then again during fermentation, to enable biotransformation of hop flavour compounds by the yeast.
