Fox Dog Cat. A harmonious blend of dry, mature Jonagold batches from 2018 & 2019, with sweet fresh & fruity keeved juice from 2020. On the pallet, accessible & easy drinking, but with complex barrel notes & a dusting of tannins on the finish. The label for this bottle was created with a 1935 typewriter, & tells the story of a quick brown fox & a lazy dog hanging out at Cat’s bar.
