This specific Hommage has aged for 4.5 months. The one-year and two-year lambics come from 6 different barrels and from 7 different brewing vessels. Final fruit intensity of 350 grams of fruit (76% raspberries and 24% cherries) per liter of Hommage.

3 Fonteinen Hommage is obtained by maceration of hand-picked full cherries and organic raspberries on young traditional lambic, for at least four months, in a ratio of 760 grams of raspberries, and 240 grams of cherries per liter. Afterwards the fruit lambic is blended with young lambic and then bottled, and the fermentation continues in the bottle. Hommage is a raspberry lambic beer, with an intense forest fruit bouquet, and with evolution in the glass. Natural fruit, without the addition of juices, syrups, or sugars. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.
