Description

Into Nothingness. Imperial Stout fermented and aged in Missouri oak Foeders. Finished on Bananas, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Toasted Coconut, and Raw Coconut. 15% ABV. We worked hard to get the banana character to come out in this beer, it was definitely much more difficult than we anticipated. Literal tons of bananas later, trying different kinds of bananas, pushing off the release until we got it right, the result is amazing.
