Our Kloster Sud is a red-gold rarity brewed according to the Marzenbier tradition.
The so-called three-mash process, which is rarely used today, gives this beer its distinctive character. Selected malts and fine aromatic hops give the dark red monastery brew a balanced malt sweetness, fruity acidity and a subtle tartness. Fermented in the bottom fermentation and then aged for a long time, today as then, the special beer enjoyment is.
