The “Black Madonna”, our Allgau stout.

Bavarian art of brewing meets Irish beer style.

It appears deep black in the glass. Fruity and tart in the initial taste. It creates a dry mouthfeel on the tongue. The finish on the palate is hot and tingly.

Brewed in a special brewing process using a special roasted barley. Intensively hopped with Hallertauer Nugget from the hop farmer Ziegelmaier, Attenhofen. Fermented with a proprietary ale yeast.
