The oldest brew is from January 17, 2014 and was actually intended for Straffe Winter (but again forgotten). The weighted average age of this gueuze is approximately five years at the launch of this bottle.

3 Fonteinen Cuvee Armand & Gaston is an assemblage of traditional lambics that are one, two and three years old and brewed 100% by Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen. Fermented in the bottle and with a long storage potential. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.
