Peanut Butter & Jelly Brown Ale. Part of the essential collaboration series organised by Northern Monk.

After a heated debate over what flavour the jelly is actually meant to be (Grape?Really?) we settled on an infusion of raspberries and strawberries. We put together a complex malt bill, layering in as much toasted and toffee character as we could and plenty of oats for mouthfeel, added some spicy, dark fruit character with US Bravo hops and set about building up that classic peanut butter flavour.
