Prisoner Of Love. Cascade Pale Ale. Inspired by the top quality Cascade we’ve been seeing, it was only right to brew a beer specifically to let it shine. Normally reserved and revered for IPAs and West Coast IPAs, we decided to crack on and do a Pale instead. Initial nose is floral, bright, lemon, rosewater, cedar and orange zest. Body is round, lightly sweet and oozes orange juice, pine, light notes of grapefruit and a bag full of floral to beat the band.
