Description

The Gose. Light, fresh, salty and tart, The Gose is our interpretation of the classic Leipzig sour beer in its purest form. Whilst not quite as sour as Berliner Weisses, a bright acidity keeps makes the beer incredibly refreshing, whilst a touch of salt adds a delicate savoury element, resulting in ultimate drinkability. The use of modern German hops (H. Melon. H. Blanc) bring the style up to date and add a fresh fruitiness to the aroma and palate.
