The You Zoo. This IPA is a collab with our Californian friends from Green Cheek beer co.
The result is a hug in a can with Yuzu Juice and Formosa Oolong Tea.
And here are some tasting notes for you: Upfront aromatics of zesty yuzu citrus backed up with peach and mango from the hops. More zest on the palate, finishing with subtle tannins and earthy tea notes. Mmmmhmmm.
