Description

Witness is a bretted Belgian pale ale drawing inspiration from the Trappist Monasteries. Combining the classic Bastonge yeast (from Orval) and then both Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Brettanomyces Clausenii to condition this beer will be hoppy and fragrant fresh but will also age gracefully like it’s traditional predecessors, building complexity in the bottle.
