Morebeer is the company owned by Peter van der Arend, passionate beer lover and beerologist. He started his venture in the year 2000 when he opened the Dutch beer bar Proeflokaal Arendsnest, located at the Herengracht 90 in Amsterdam. Proeflokaal Arendsnest was the first bar to serve exclusively Dutch craft beers.

And now there are 4 bars. After the Arendsnest, Peter opened the BeerTemple, which has mainly American beers on draft and bottle, BEER loves FOOD, where you can compliment your beer with a lovely meal, and Craft & Draft, which has beers from all over the world.

We also offer beer tastings to groups at Proeflokaal Arendsnest, but they can also be held at other locations.

And Morebeer is brewing! In collaboration with other brewers, beers are brewn under the banner of Morebeer Brewing.
