Moulin Brew Co is a vegetarian (rather than vegan) brewery, which opens us up to use ingredients like lactose and honey in some brew. Beeston Hop will continue to brew 100% vegan beers.

In 2019 a change in life circumstances brought a change of address. I’ve always liked to have a relationship between place and the beers I brew, so I decided to launch a sister brewery brand to go with the new premises in Sneinton.
