Description

Assemblage 2 is a unique beer bringing together 2020’s Coolship 3 blend, aged mixed fermentation Saison and two year old Lambic from Belgium. This was then lightly dry hopped with whole leaf Goldings before bottling and further aging.

Vegan friendly.
