Barrel Aged Simple Wheat Thing. This is a simple beer brewed with wheat that was fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, aged in oak for one year. It is a blend of multiple barrels to create the balance we are aiming for. Bright, clean and acidic with notable lemon and hay aroma and flavour. Beauty!

N.B, this is an oak conditioned version of Simple Wheat Thing. This beer will also be released as a stainless only beer.
