Bazooko Circus. This beer was brewed especially for London Craft Beer Festival 2017 at the National Centre of Circus Arts. It’s a playful mix of tart berries and cocoa. First up you get black forest gateau, then citrus and pithy grapefruit notes bounce around your taste buds. The sweet, juicy tang – think fruit winders – takes centre-stage with every sip. And just like fruit winders, the enjoyment of this beer grows as the flavours unravel.
