Binary Sunset – Heaven Hill & Bushmills BA: Cacao & Vanilla.

Our 2020 brewed Double Mash Imperial Stout has been ageing for just over 6 months in Heaven Hill & Bushmills barrels. We’ve then given it a secondary conditioning on vanilla pods and cacao nibs.

Huge roasty malts, tobacco, leather, chocolate, vanilla, whiskey, and oak notes, and oily enough that the U.S.A might invade the bottle.

Vegan.
