Braeburn, Jonagold, Goldens, Bramley apples varieties co-fermented and aged in Ex-Bourbon Oak barrel over Winter and into Spring, before bottling in the Spring without filtration or any sulphur added.

Fresh, citrusy cider with gentle influence of American oak.
Fermented with wild yeasts.

Vegan friendly. Gluten free.
