Bruisebury. In February 2018 we produced a black wort using Maris Otter, dehusked black malt and oats. Fermentation took place in freshly emptied red Bordeaux barrels for 14 months.
Finally, the beer was blended and refermented with organic local blackcurrants and muscovado sugar for eight months.
