Cascadian Rhythm. We’ve started out with a malt base of pale malt, rye, dark crystal and carafa to give slightly caramelised, spicy and dark base while being restrained on roast character. A hop bill of Amarillo, Cascade, citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Centennial pairs with the malt to make the beer deliciously chewy, dank, piney and floral.
