Choked Up! We are very happy to announce the release of our fruit-forward sour, brewed and lovingly created in collaboration with Lindheim Olkompani. Lindheim is a small fruit farm from Norway that has been passed down through the generations and is now also a brewery creating and releasing some absolutely incredible beers.

We love Lindheim’s use of local produce and terroir to create authentic, individual and amazing flavours which inspired this collaboration. Choked Up was brewed, aged in foudre fermenting on the fruit of our 2017 Redwood, moved back into steel where we added Lindhiem’s Chokeberries and Apple juice, then further aged in barrel.
