Doctor Galapagos is a Mango Milkshake IPA with lactose and vanilla. This beer delivers a monstrous slice of tropical fruit punch, a silky smooth mouthfeel and a sweet, yet powerfully hoppy finish. We dry hopped this beer with Citra, Amarillo and Sultana then conditioned on Madagascan vanilla beans.
