Fill & Avoid. We make no secret that we love saisons here at LOKA POLLY. The Belgian style that got both Sean and Arron hooked on beer receives the LP treatment through a mountain of dry hopping with Hallertau Blanc, Mosaic and Chinook. A beer that got its name completely by accident; when designing our beers for the first part of 2019, Sean misheard Arron’s “Fill the void in April” for “Fill & Avoid in April” and our first Augment Belgian style was born.
