Description

Golden Hour is a collaboration with Wiper & True, in celebration of our fifth birthday. it’s a summer ale style beer. We used underdog UK hop Ernest backed up with Cryo Simcoe and Cascade in the whirlpool and in the dry hop. We matched it with Windsor yeast to give the beer some body and fruity ester notes.

Goes well with park beer and fifth birthdays.
