Hop City 2019. We partnered with some of the best UK breweries in the game to create this 7% DDH IPA. The lead hop in this year’s beer is Sabro, a variety that’s fresh out of YCH’s hop development programme. This new variety brings notes of lime zest, grapefruit, tropical flavours and coconut. We paired this with fresh Simcoe, dry-hopped with Citra and added Chinook and Columbus to the whirlpool. This beer is a true celebration of hops, huge thanks to Verdant Brewing Co, DEYA Brewing Company, Cloudwater Brew Co and Wylam Brewery for coming down to brew it with us. See you at Hop City 2019?
