In The Park Before Dark 2020. Black Currant mead with Heather honey. We paired a lighter coloured, but immensely juicy and candy-like variety of black currants, with the distinctive and potent flavor of sweet and thick heather blossom honey. It’s unfiltered and naturally hazy due to the honey variety used.
