Likely Successor. Enjoyed the world over, Pilsner is truly iconic beer style and one that leaves little room for error. It calls for exquisite balance between malt character and hop flavour and aroma, with a well-judged bitterness on the finish. We use a classic German lager yeast to provide clean flavours and a crisp finishing snap, but add a New Zealand hop known for soft citrus flavours as a modern twist on this traditional style.
