Marl 2020. A complex blended cider based around three soft, gentle apple varieties: Dove, Yarlington & Browns, combined with other varieties handpicked from Wilding’s four main orchards.

The result is light & easy to drink, with a mouthwatering mineral edge that reflects the various clay & limestone geologies – which give this bottle its name – of these orchards. With aromas of stone fruit, cider apples, orchard floor, wet stone. Fermented with wild yeasts, with no sulphites, & no filtering or pasteurisation.
