Nordic Meadow 2020. Cherry mead with locally harvested meadowsweet. What else would suit the nordic equivalent to wine grapes (stevnsbaer), better than the nordic equivalent to vanilla (meadowsweet). Lending a light vanilla flavor and a creaminess to the final mead. Spontaneously fermented, made by macerating the spent cherries from “Stevnsberry Free Jazz” with cherry and plum juice, instead of adding water.
