PATRONS PROJECT 10.05 PORTER // CULINARY CONCEPTS // TEMPLE COFFEE & DONUTS 5.4% ABV // 1.070 OG // 39 EBC // 25 IBU // 440ML For this series of Culinary Concepts, we were once again delighted to welcome back Temple Coffee & Donuts; the brewery’s favourite sugar and caffeine emporium! This time around however we felt we needed to brew something a little different, something a little darker to compliment the onset of the winter months. To match one of Temple’s festive delights we decided to create a beer with a sweet, doughy body constructed from a generous helping of oats, wheat, and barley for a well-rounded creamy mouthfeel. Finally, we designed the beer to linger on a big hit of cranberry, almond, and dark chocolate to finish off in style! This is not a Christmas beer, just a beer to celebrate the darker, more introspective months of the year. A Krampus to your St. Nick if you will to remind us all to be good little girls and boys…
