Say hello to our Sour Scale, with a series of 5 beers across the Vault City spectrum of sweet-tart to super sour. 

For level 3, we’ve baked brewed a pastry sour pairing pineapple puree, tart cherries, brown sugar and smooth vanilla with our mixed fermentation base beer. Prepare for a mouth-puckering experience that’ll turn your palate upside down.
