Puddleglum. For our home collaboration during ‘The Week of The Three Collabs’, we were honoured to host the Scottish legends that are Fyne Ales. Together we have produced a kettle sour with rye in the grist, plum juice at the beginning of fermentation, and then a East Asian-influenced spice mix of star anise, ginger and nutmeg.
