Description

Ravala Blanc 2020. 50 % Pinot (Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc), blended with 45 % Riesling and 5 % Muscat Blanc.

Each grape variety grows on granite soil. (it’s the same grapes from the same pieces of vineyard as 2019).

95% direct press with 5% maceration (using destemmed muscat for 6 days) After the press it was, aged for 11 months in old barrels and then bottled by hand. 1120 bottles were made.

Very open with gentle stone fruit and a lovely texture, this is a long delicious maceration.
