Shattered Paradigm is borne of the shared love of hefty coffee beers and bright, juicy Black IPAs. Black Iris sourced Ethiopian Dumerso beans, for their blueberry and stone fruit flavours. To compliment this, we’ve chosen Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo and Vic Secret hops to mirror and elevate the beans. The result is a rich and juicy Black IPA married with an unfamiliar, but welcome, smooth coffee hit.
