Description

Spirit Animal Opal Plum. This low strength mixed fermentation beer was brewed in collaboration with our friends from Jester King during their visit in October 2016. Fermented in steel on saison yeast, then in an ex-Amarone foudre on Jester King’s house mixed culture, and finally on 440kg of Opal Plums for 5 months.
